Refocus on Lokpal -Kuldip Nayar The dust should settle down so that the campaign to eliminate corruption takes the centre-stage once again. UK Marriage visa age- Harjap Singh Bhangal The age for a UK marriage visa looks set be lowered once again to 18 as the Supreme Court ruled that the UK’s restriction of 21 imposed was unlawful. The ruling by the Supreme Court is a major blow to an immigration policy designed to stop forced marriages. The ban, introduced by Labour in 2008, meant a foreign partner from outside the EU could not join their partner in the UK if they were under 21 years old.
